Terms & Conditions (U.S. Version for U-Style English)

Welcome to U-Style English. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

U-Style English provides online English coaching, programs, and resources for professionals. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise stated. Current programs include:

English Under Pressure: Independent — $497 (self-paced course, no coaching)

English Under Pressure: Private Coaching — $1,497 (single payment) or 3 monthly payments of $499, offered following a consultation

Conversation Practice — $750 for 10 sessions, available to clients who have completed a program

Program pricing is also listed on our Programs page and may be updated from time to time.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made in full (or according to an approved payment plan) prior to the start of any program or session.

Refunds are not issued once a program begins. Instead, if you complete a program as intended — including watching all video lessons and completing the workbook — and do not feel you've achieved the results you expected, we will work with you personally through up to 5 additional private sessions, one for each of the 5 pillars of the method, at no additional charge.

Session rescheduling may be possible with at least 24 hours' notice.

3. Scheduling

All sessions are scheduled in advance. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials (including PDFs, videos, and lessons) provided by U-Style English are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without permission.

5. Client Testimonials & Submissions

We do not use client testimonials, session recordings, or written feedback in marketing or other public-facing material without first obtaining your specific written permission for that use.

6. Disclaimer

U-Style English aims to help learners improve communication skills. Results vary based on individual effort and participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

U-Style English is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, resources, or services — except where it is proven that a technical malfunction in the workability of our website or booking platform directly caused the issue.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and Denton County, Texas is the county in which U-Style English operates as a DBA.
